I'm confused at docs etc. Feb 2019 fibro scan of 12.7 n cap 328. After working my ass off to lose weight. Which I have 1 and half stone. Super healthy diet. Now December 2020. Repeat scan is 4.6 cap 168. After been told the scares are perminant. I also had a bunch of symptoms at my worst point around March April 2019. I felt that ill I was asking docs to kill me. That's how poorly I felt. As anyone else had this experience. Chris

Working your butt off and loosing your weight has succeeded in reducing the fat content and degree of fibrosis in your liver. 12.7 kPa isn't full on cirrhosis or perhaps only very early if the condition was labelled as Non Alcohol Related Fatty Liver. If it was alcohol then it's only F3 so no full on scarring.

Hopefully your symptoms have eased too. It sounds like you've done a brilliant job. Well done you.

Katie
