I had a ultrasound scan as a cyst was found whilst having tests for something else. They found a 6mm none cancerous cyst, nothing else mentioned I always seem to have questions after appointments 🤦♀️ assume my doctor will advise and just see how I get on.

Liver cysts are actually quite common and usually nothing is done about them, especially when small and providing they arn't causing any blockages etc. BLT has a page all about benign lumps and bumps of the liver including cysts at:- britishlivertrust.org.uk/in...
I can second what Katie said. Following an MRI, my doctor stated the following: "The latter shows a 4mm cyst in segment 6 of the liver but this of no importance." So, in summary, relatively common and seemingly nothing to be too worried about.
