I hope you are well. Not sure if this will help at all. I didn’t have any issues identified during my pregnancy. However, 3 months postpartum I decided to get a blood test just to check my health following having my baby (May 2019) which showed a raised ALT - it was at 93. I then went to the doctor for some routine bloods and they identified that I had postpartum thyroiditis. At that time my T4 level was really high. As that came down, so did the level of my ALT. My thyroiditis resolved by Dec 2019. I had another blood test in June this year and all liver readings were fine. Again, not sure if this is helpful or relevant to your situation but thought I’d share as I was terrified when I had my results and concerned as to the problem!!
