I have just received a quarterly notification from Amazon Smile saying that my chosen charity British Liver Trust has received a quarterly donation of £149.11 from Amazon Smile.

For those who don’t know what this is, here is a short explanation.

Amazon Smile is a website operated by Amazon. It features the same products at the same prices as the standard Amazon site. The only difference is, when you shop on Amazon Smile, the Amazon Smile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the cost of all eligible products to your chosen charity.

So far Amazon Smile has donated £739.17 to the British Liver Trust and £5,721,914.99 to UK Charities: smile.amazon.co.uk/

If you buy something from Amazon at this festive time, why not use Amazon Smile instead and make your money go further?

Richard,

Apologies for the cynicism but what was Jeff Bezos’s cut?

Congratulations on a great effort.

Doesn't bare thinking about Mark. I wish I had shares in the Amazon Cardboard factory though, and as a thought I think it should be noted that that Coronavirus can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours and on metal and plastics for up to 72 hours.

That's fantastic!! Well done to you!!

Great isn’t it, I do the same but mine goes to the PBC Foundation. Not sure if you can choose more than one charity? Worth a look, there are so many worthy causes.
