Absolutely terrified had this for like a week, and I had L1 back nerve damage, been taking a lot of paracetamol/codeine for about 7 months I'm panicking I know this is severe cirrhosis or acute liver failure

Erm, at the moment it's a slightly reddened hand. Whether or not it's palmar erythema or indicative of severe cirrhosis or acute liver failure only a doctor and some proper tests can tell you. Make an appointment with a doctor to get checked out properly.

My hands get like that. Less in the cold weather outside,more inside when I’m busy. Elevated they are less red,less blood?! They get hot,sometimes they don’t. Mine is cirrhosis.(that’s mine is). It’s estrogen(female hormone) that is released form MY liver because it’s damaged. Other diagnosis’s are available. Good luck!! ? 😊👍
