Hi. I'm a 22 year old, I don't drink. My ALT has been fluctuating over the last 3 years from 35 to 55 to 75 then down to 45 then normal again. I noticed it goes up whenever I eat a lot of meat or oily foods. I don't have any symptoms I'm just worried about it. Is that okay? Am I gonna be alright?

Good morning Kizuna1998,

No one here is medically qualified to interpret your blood test results, and different laboratories use different reference ranges.

You dont say if you have an underlying liver condition or why you are having your bloods checked so often?

Many things can cause a fluctuation in an individuals blood results.

I have included a link to liver disease tests for your added info.
