Liver disease diet
It totally depends on the underlying cause of your liver disease plus what stage your liver disease is at.
The best advice would be to try and get to see a liver specialist dietician for individualised advice to suit your needs.
The BLT website has a page on diet and the liver but it is a bit broad. britishlivertrust.org.uk/in...

While your waiting for a specialist dietician I would suggest eating the healthiest food you can get hold of. Fresh fruit and veg, whole grains, pulses, lots of fresh water, green tea. Avoid highly processed food and poisons like alcohol.
If you have a liver condition, there are some special considerations you may need to make in your diet to stay nutritionally well and to help to manage your condition.
Some of these are specific to certain liver diseases, others relate to how advanced your liver disease is.
We therefore always suggest that people should discuss their specific dietary needs with their own doctors in the first instance.
