New British Liver Trust campaign! Please support

We wanted to let you know about an exciting new campaign that we are launching today – a campaign we believe will make a massive difference to people affected by liver disease and liver cancer, now and in the future.

The British Liver Trust is calling for much better awareness and proper treatment pathways to be put in place in primary care across the UK, and has launched a petition demanding these change.

Signed and shared with many friends and family who have also done this with the hope of reaching as many people to sign as possible.

Too many people are completely unaware of the disease and unfortunately many like my husband and it was too late. 😢

Thank you very much for your support. We are so sorry to read about your husband....please know we are committed to raising awareness about liver disease and work tirelessly to petition the government for change.

I signed and shared this yesterday via FB where I saw it

It is good being proactive. Most of society do not see us as anything except alcoholics....they do not think....

'There but for the grace of Jehovah go I'.

I am also having a massive day in January for BLT and will be reconnecting soon with the charity organisers. Albeit if covid is subdued. There are so many good people who have come through this mist of horror and their families, they are all appreciative and mostly lovely people. It is about time society recognised we have just as much and more as those with blemish free lives.

Good job, keep it up please!!!

Regarding your kind offer to support us in January, do you have Louise Crooks contact details? She looks after all our fundraising community work. Please PM me if you require them

Thanks.
