Just watched it online Jim, I'm really glad attention is being brought to it. I do try and educate my friends and relatives on it, I'm sure they think I'm talking rubbish and it'll never happen to them.. She's an inspiration the lady In the video, turning her life around. But being not even half as overweight or as old as this lady was,I do tend to think some people may be just more susceptible to it than others no matter what they do/eat/drink? Just as some are more susceptible to heart or kidney disease? She was massively overweight. Just my thoughts on it. Xxx
The fact that 90% of people can completely recover pricked my ears up! I’m anxiously trying my best, the lady featured was certainly inspiring.
No mention poorly controlled diabetes ,or how this also can be from metabolic syndrome , which can run in families . If fact you do not need to look or seem obese., although being obese does give you potential in itself for liver disease . . I was glad to see some airtime on this , but sadly it also became an opportunity missed. Now only obese people will ever think they can get fatty liver !!!
