Time taken to fully recover jaundice with hepatitis A

I have jaundice for about 4 month and have hepatitis A . Doctor decharged me at a billerubin of 12 and adviced me to have high protein food .How long it might take to fully recover form it .I am taking the doc advice food and medication

A paragraph on Stage 4 recovery from Hep A on that page states "Most people fully recover from hepatitis A within a couple of months, however, it can take up to six months for all of the symptoms to get better. A small number of people relapse (their symptoms return) or develop serious complications."

So I took test and it said positive for hepatitis a but I went in check labs my doctor said I have no symptoms and my past urine liver good it was mistake but
