Hi ,

Nobody is allowed to really comment on results as we are not medically trained. In my experience though it's not that high and wouldn't be overly concerned. However it is your doctor's call if they are concerned by it then they will investigate. In mean time relax, dont worry and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. 🌞

A one of blip of ALT isn't too concerning, it's not that high when you consider it can rise into the many hundreds or even thousands in liver disease. Bloods should be repeated to see if there is any pattern. Some people have naturally higher ALT.

PLUS, have you seen the link between exercise and ALT, in light of your workout prior to your test that might have an implication on your slightly raised ALT. fuelary.com/elevated-liver-...

Worth bearing in mind and perhaps getting a retest in a little while.

Katie

Exercise can raise ALT and exercising the whole week before the test is likely to be the cause of your slightly raised level. Ask your GP if you can be retested in a month making sure that you don't exercise in the week before the test. You'll most likely find that your ALT is back to normal.

Hi,

Unfortunately, no one on the forum is medically trained to safely advise you.

If you do have concerns then we would suggest you could request a repeat liver blood test with your GP.

After intense work outs my alp increased from 34 to 153. Take 10 days before it goes down to normal range.

It will be the exercise likely. Alt is found in muscles. If you were working out vigorously it could I crease it

Hi babe. Mine was 131 in January. I'm fit and healthy. I wouldn't worry xx

Dont think we can advise but mine was up to 2,600 a few years ago, still alive. Just take it easy, it drops.
