Hello there Owlie, well ATG was quite right. I have been sorting out the house.

It has been nicknamed by some in the family Craigwood Castle, me it is the money pit! LOL.

Seriously it is just a little 3 bed bungalow in Dorset. However, every room needed doing and some are much worse than others.

We just finished taking out a huge purbeck stone fireplace.

So far we have done the lounge tick, the dining room tick,

and half the kitchen not quite a tick yet.

It has been proving too much for my lovely hubby who just celebrated his 80th birthday. So, we are now getting some help in. Phew!

On the plus side, I am feeling great!

Been walking this week, so I enjoyed that. I have had all my drugs reduced. Only take Asprin and a small dose of Adoport. I was thrilled about that too.

My last meeting with the team at the Royal Free went really well. They said I can fly ! So I am off to visit my son in Dubai on the 20th Jan.

No sunbathing I will be having a bath in factor 50 before going anywhere.

Christmas was awesome, whilst my house was like a bomb site, my daughter stepped up again and cooked lunch for us and we all had such a great time.

That is all my news up to date. Thank you so much for asking about me, it was truly so kind.

Great news about the drug reduction Jaycee, that must be going a long way towards your feeling so well. I know when mine were reduced 6 weeks ago it was a very similar story.

You are really ploughing on with the bungalow whilst we are ploughing on with a revamp Just had a months break from it. Kitchen and lounge coming up! This is 3rd time round in this cottage.

Good thing about you cracking on with it is that you will have years to enjoy it before it's time to start again :- )

Yes, he is the grand young age of 80 years. I am indeed taking care of him. I have traded folk coming in to do the work now a I do not want him getting too tired.

I will try my best not to overdo things promise. It is so tempting to keep going even when you are tired. As there is just so much to do.
