Fibrosis stage 2 and hepb chronic

Hi , my viral load is 159000000, and fibrosis stage2 with 8.1kps , 33yrs old weight 135lbs, never have drink alcohol and never have smoke in my life. Is my viral load very dangerous, what treatment you guys take? Doc recommend me vemlidy, anyone use it and how is it?

Hi there, I went from an F4 to an f2 in a year. I feel much healthier, not so tired or itchy or full of doom. I’ve gone from 21 to 8 kps. They think the fibroscan picked up inflammation, which disappeared when I stopped drink and fatty food. I know hepatitis is a cause, first thing I got tested for, negative, then I had all the hep jabs to stop me getting it. I know there’s treatment for it now, so hopefully you’ll be ok. No I’ve not heard of that I had no treatment just observations
