Giving up refined sugars and any refined foods are an excellent way to improve your health and help your liver improve.

Excellent advice can be found here:-

Of course Carllovatt,

I am annoyed with medical doctors. They will never acknowledge that these things play a big part in damaging your liver. The only thing they will ever talk about is alcohol.

I hope doctors advise ppl on the damages sugar and salt can have on liver. Personally, I found out through experience and then a little research. So wanted to know if others had the same experience or not.

Thank you for your reply.

Hope1011 - add fat to the Need to Reduce list, along with sugar and salt and your liver will be smiling. Well done, reducing sugar. That takes determination. Keep at it!

Hi 4thPlinth,

Yes, I’m thinking of being a bit braver and going for vegan, dairy free and sugar free diet. I did it for three months last year and believe it did help. But then went back to normal eating. Wish I followed it through 😔

All the ‘luck’ needed. Thank you

Hope
