Elevated Lipase -Cirrhosis ?

Hello, I've been dealing with concern of having Cirrhosis over the past year. I've had CT scans , ultrasounds and many blood tests during this time and nothing significant comes back. My drinking history is the reason for my concern and that I may not have stopped in time. I no longer drink alcohol ( 2 yrs ). My lipase has been elevated on all my blood test . Other liver enzymes are in the normal range, however, my AST/ALT is inverted, but always been in the low normal range ( never out of range ). Just recently went 2:1 ( 25/11).

My question is : is elevated Lipase a hallmark for Cirrhosis?

Thanks so much for your help.
