Not long ago I joined this wonderful forum and became close friends with some of you who I started to care for in depth after accepting your PM requests. Unfortunately from out of the blue I've found myself hooked with keeping in touch which is not me thus causing my life to totally change. I think it's best that I say goodbye to you all and get back to normality and concentrate on what lies ahead ..... (my new business ) and give my typing fingers a well earned rest!
My final note is to wish everyone of you all the very best for the future whether it be health or within your family life.
I'm apologizing now as I shall not be responding to any further correspondence via this forum or any other social media!
However if I can sort this sky diving out to raise funds for the foundation I will let you know after I've completed it !😅😅😅 scary thought!
Please take care everyone of you and may whatever lies ahead of you be full of happiness and of course with a full recovery or a great improvement in your health!
Bye to you all
Love

Hi
I will certainly miss you, you are a valued member of this forum. I'm sure there will be many people on here will be sad to see you go as I am. I really hope your health improves. Love and hugs to you Lynne xxxx
Sorry to see you go. But all the very best for your future
The very best of luck to you for the future Trish and thank you for your contributions on the forum, Owlie x
Its a good idea to back away once in a while or entirely if you feel need to. As wonderful as this site can be it does keep ones mind focused on all things liver disease and can choke out the "getting back to normalcy" in life for many of us. Im finding myself in similar circumstances mentally as of late. You take care Trish. Your a sweetheart and an incredible person. Good luck with everything xx
Good luck I’am quite new to this site but not to PBC, so I had read your journey while you were going along that road. I do hope everything goes well for you as it seemed things were still a little unsure.
Yes the dangers of caring, I just finished a course on meditation and mindfulness and it had a section on empathy and how if your not careful this can lead to feeling the way others do, or to the symptoms of burnout. The tip was to practise compassion instead of just empathising, so yes sounds like taking that break from social media for a while is just what is needed. Wishing you every success with your ventures and perhaps one day you will read the posts being left for you, that show just how people care about you too. Bless you. X
Hi Trishi,
I will miss you!
Sorry to see you go, but understand that time can not be expanded to do all we might like to do along with all we need to do.
Best wishes to you for the future and will welcome you back if you find any extra seconds,.
All the best,
Mary
My compassion for Anne's very sad loss kicked me into sending a note so please don't tell me off for breaking my word as I cannot help feeling for others especially on this occasion!
I do not think anyone will think poorly of you for anything you choose to do. Come back and comment anytime you want. You are well-respected here. We will all support your choices!
