Biopsy all over

Good morning everyone. I had my biopsy on Monday the worst part was one of the anaesthetic injections to numb the area. After that I didn't feel the biopsy itself. I had three taken and developed the tip of shoulder pain immediately. This eased off during the 2 hour period of lying on my side. Afterwards I was allowed to sit up for another 4 hours bed rest and eat and drink normally. It wasn't too bad but I wouldn't want to repeat it any time soon. I have been a bit sore and bruised since but going back to work tomorrow as my job is office based and not strenuous. I will let you know the results when I get them which may be by Friday. Thank you for all the very helpful advice I was given before hand. Hope you all have a good day. The sun is shining here in Kent I hope it is for all of you. 😎😎

Glad you got through it OK. When I had my heart monitor fitted, the worst bit was the 8 jabs to numb the area😢. I hope the results are good🤞

Yes the jabs were definitely the worst bit! but it's all over now and the Dr said that i shouldn't need to have one again 🙂

Hi Millie2014,

Good to hear that the biopsy went well for you. Will hope for continued good news.

Best wishes,

Hi Millie

Good luck to you with your results. Back to work so soon, that’s very creditable (sorry that’s not meant to be condescending!) from a psychological point of view if nothing else 👍.
