I have had my gallbladder removed 20+ years ago. I got my blood tests from my pho last week and my alk phos was 175, my GGT 222, my alt and ast were elevated. I have no liver disease symptoms. I drink 3-4 drinks a week. What is it?

Hi
I'm really sorry but we aren't qualified to say what it is and we are discouraged from sharing results for that reason.
Having said that, I'm sure someone will be along soon who can offer a possibility.
I strongly recommend you avoid Dr Google, his reputation is awful at best. 😉
If you click the British Liver Trust link at the top you can find leaflets and advice.
Don't take this the wrong way but i hope you don't need this forum long ( through lack of need only)
Rita

Ggt levels that high as far as liver are concerned usually indicate choleostatic forms of liver problems like obstruction of the bile ducts. This is as opposed to liver problems that attack hepatocytes like alcohol would. I'm not suggesting anything as I am not a doctor but in my opinion it is nothing to likely be due to the alcohol.
