Good news, I'm currently on a diet and have lost nearly 3 stone, the effects of which my Type 2 Diabetes is now in remission, and my Sleep Apnea is much, much better.
I've got other concerns though with NASH, Gall stones which are currently bothersome, some problems with my blood, and 2 hips that need replacing.
After that I'll be dancing the night away

Try pushing your tongue on the roof of your mouth for a minute or so throughout the day. I did this and it stopped me from snoring and cured my sleep apnea - it works by toning your soft palette.
I've temporarily stopped with my weight loss, due to comfort eating mainly in the evening. Still I'm not putting anymore on though. The weight though I can do something about, the vagaries of the NHS though are beyond my control
That's an extraordinary achievement...there's increasing evidence that insulin resistance can be reversed when a monumental effort is made like yours- and often dramatically improving liver health/outcomes too. Much Respect. Chris
Chris, the weight goes off slowly. bit like my walking. I can do half a mile in an hour, but e all need to keep trying. Thanks hope that you are well...
