Hi everyone

I just saw my consultant. He is really pleased that i have lost some weight and apparently it has shown in my blood readings. He said if the positive continues after my next scan, bloods and appointment in six months time I may well go to annual appointments.

I had a 2:30 appointment but I was able to get in early so I'm already home had a healthy apple and a naughty KitKat (my treat out of the two a week I try to stick to) and about to have a cup of tea.

Thanks everyone for your support.

Gill x
