On 26 June I will be celebrating one year since my transplant. Oliver, my liver, and I don’t know what to do. My 18 year old would like to mark it in some way. How would you/did you mark it. Money ok but not feeling massively flush at the moment.

I am waiting for a lung transplant and lots of people in my group have lung shaped cakes made and a party to celebrate an anniversary. 😊 I think I can do without my cake looking like an internal organ, but it's a thought.
I think honouring your donor by planting a rosebush is a most wonderful selfless thing to do and a permenant reminder that because of their selflessness you are here today. May you and your rose continue to flourish🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
