Hi all, just want to say 11 weeks without a drink, I know it's nothing compared to a lot of You, but it's a miracle for me, thanks to all of you who have helped me, you are terrific people hears to another 11 weeks, love and hugs to all.

Yes it is something to us and you be proud every day I'm proud of you and I was on litre whisky day or more never dreamt I could get over a day people still don't belive 3yrs sober the early days was hardest u are doing fantastic.

Lol.x love good news I do I loved having my grandsons.one is only 8 weeks old THE OTHER 3 going on 11 lovely kid but has been having respiratory problems lately getting tested as it not gone away in months .his breathing his voice has gone awful .fingers crossed for a good outcome xx bloods n scans this week as he has an awful cherry cough.i think it's asthmatic but the inhalers are rubbish xx

Mate 10 days ago you posted it's been 4 days without a drink. Assuming you haven't had another one since then, that would make it 2 weeks, not 11... It says 11 days on the post title. Whatever it is, keep it up but you're not making any sense.

Yes, good for you Foxman! It gets easier and easier as time goes by. Keep up the brilliant effort and a day will come when you can't quite remember exactly how long you've been sober - that's a GREAT feeling! In the meantime, doesn't it feel great to wake up in the morning without a hangover, with a clear head and all the energy that comes flooding back to you?! Well done you - hope you're feeling all the good vibes we're sending your way. Love and hugs.

I've never had any paperwork to fill in, never been told what stage I'm at, if I am, just got told I've got a decompensated liver x

Well i asked for paperwork as my dad is a nurse and he asked to see it on paper x
