I really tried to diagnose myself to the point of googled something an honest to god my post was first thing that I read and realized I've made myself go google and get your own question to answer same question I thought I was really going into a duliousion of grandeur which I do no wat it means me brothers really got it poor sod .anyway can some else no wars going on bowels I getting back loud stomach bloated so I'll during after even a wee I thought I'd gone and the pain like me whole body mussels twitching feel body's been beaten then as soon as I try get off bed moving around is unbearable I'm on movicol this extramarital bout 2months of overflow of severe constipation liver dr discharged me like this I don't no what to do as GP two times its part and parcel of your liver cirrhosis as gastro ain't read records .

Two hospitals near can't even go as much as I got stuck in my intestines is nothing compared to the shit there giving me. Sorry I'm worried inside something feels like it's going to burst on and off

Just as a side comment, your google results are different for you individually. Your post comes up in your searches because you created it and google thinks it is of more interest to you. Others would not get the same result.

I wanted laugh I though I had 5minof fame without me name thing is I put so many words in Google had to tell me shorten it . I ain't got a clue cannot stand all this change in thing I'm so old on the outside.

It seems to me that most GP'S need the sack.My Dr is a fool of the highest order.I went through a few problems not long ago & he insisted that my consultant was wrong and he was correct to the point my consultant had to send him a very stern letter.

Try having Buscopan to relax your bowel and get some suppositories hopefully this will losen things a bit.
