Liver issues
Just to put things in context, Liver Function Tests fluctuate all the time. They can be raised by many many things, even exercise or a simple infection you may not even knew you had. If you are generally healthy I wouldn't be overly concerned about those minor fluctuations or if your results are generally within or around the normal ranges. I suspect your doctor will probably not do much further or may just continue to monitor you.
I agree with the previous post. One slightly off level just one time shouldn't get you too worried. Liver Function Tests include numerous different individual tests which have to be evaluated in concert (by a professional) and usually over time to see how they evolve. I personally had elevated ALT and AST levels for years before the doctor decided to do anything more than monitoring because all of my other liver-related labs should no issue.
"High-normal" is still normal ... some people for some test might actually have a "normal" outside of a labs established range with there being no underlying issue.
