When to go a/e or not

I'm in this never ending to frightened to ask for help as when I'm ill i leave it as no one to take me or middle night GP don't come out so when I'm worse after GP on phone appointment I'm stuck

Hello there, I am a little confused faithfull, what exactly is the problem, are you feeling poorly now and are you alone?

If you are worried you can dial 111 and speak to a nurse who will advise you if you need an ambulance or not. I have used them ( one stage down from999) they are very good and reassuring . Don,t sit worrying if you are poorly, best to get a second opinion. What,s wrong or are you just anxious?.

Thankyou for reply I got co-morbiditys I'm in and out of PTSD at min I think as in confused more and went dr about chronic 30yr ear infection on and off but when I said I'm worried stomach swelling up and down but got pain like stich under top right ribs going over to left ribs and on &off Burning feeling pain top of ribs this is all under slightly over top ribs and sick feeling on off .

I ain't felt well for weeks but I got so many things I'm worried as go GP or a/e they send you back home after 6hours waiting I'm to ill to sit about that long plus I have to go on me own

Faithfull ( love the name!) if you don,t mind me asking, do you still drink?. I was alcoholic myself until got told I had cirrhosis and I finally stopped after many failed attempts. If you are like me you,ll forget to explain half your symptoms to the doctor, it may help if you have a notebook and pen handy and write everything down so he/she can see what,s going on with you especially at night. I understand what you mean about waiting at A and E hours only to get sent home. Happened to me, I was up at the Hospital. at least twice a week with pain, they,d take blood test, knock me out with morphine and then send me home, it was like a merry go round that I could not get off. Finally I found out they will not help you if they suspect you are still drinking ( I found this out when Hospital accidentally sent me a letter and copy of records that was meant only for my Doctor....the Hosp were accusing me of still drinking when I was not it was very frustrating!). I think you ought to write down EVERYTHING tonight and book a Doctors appointment for tomorrow and be 100 % honest. When I did it was a huge relief and I finally got help and proper pain medication so now I am alcohol free and thank god painfree in my abdomen. x O.K, this is a p.s, as I have just noticed another post from you. Please make that Doctors appointment this morning, I know you have felt let down in the past by them, perhaps seeing someone different would help?. It would help I think if it,s possible to show them the posts you,ve written on here. Sometimes you are clearer than others with explaining things ( I used to get mild confusion a lot until I got my diet ect sorted out) and this can be a symptom of liver woes that can be greatly helped out with diet and toilet changes, the Doctor can refer you to a dietitian. Sorry been late reply thanks and I'm still in same do I don't I one min cirrhosis next no no that was wrong I had scan letters saying I had it I'm not mad it's them

Scammer ,but it's good you put that in as its scary enough nowadays without some evil person who picks there prey even on off Internet as when in times of trouble lonely or just being yourself they do this no one one is infallible ,
