Hi after my liver transplant nearly two years which was combined with a kidney transplant (luckily my liver transplant is good but the kidney failed. ) Now I am faced with the choice of staying on dialysis or going for another kidney there are advantages and disadvantages 1 ) I would like to come off dialysis 2 ) but would not want to upset my new liver- my age is a little against me as I am now 68 but am told it is possible but would be a bit more risky. Any advice would help perhaps you have been in a similar situation
