I was just laying in bed reading my kindle. I don't do high tech smart phones i pads etcetera or Facebook. I decided to look at my e-mails and I came to look at updates on this site. Reading different messages suddenly made me think about my next appointment. I'd been for my spinal cord injury review last week and I'd relaxed as that went quite well. I decided to check my hospital appointments folder and see when my next one is. It is on the 28th in the afternoon. I had forgotten all about it. It will be for an ultrasound. I would have hit all sorts of problems if I had missed it. So thank you everyone for being here and helping to jog my memory. I've put my folder on my chair to remind me.
