Hi Campaigner8 - this particular forum is for the British Liver Trust so only deals with liver issues.

If you click the green HealthUnlocked at the top left of your screen you should see an oval shaped box on the top right of your screen saying 'Search HealthUnlocked' - if you type into that Spine & Muscle the website should suggest more appropriate sites you could join also on HealthUnlocked where you should find help with your particular issue.

I agree with ayrshirek about this being a forum about liver. Many of us have other issues as well. Mine is spinal cord injury incomplete at t11. I get my information about them on relevant sites and the NHS websites. There are lots of sites out there and the best advice is to look for trusted sites. The link ayrshirek suggested is a great way forward.

The other people to ask are the health professionals helping you.

I've only just joined the group and I had no idea until I joined just what issues problematic liver could create. Maybe we should suggest healthy liver and kidney training in schools.
