i have had some recent blood tests completed due to having a painful sore throat and very swollen glands that will not go down even after 3 weeks. All my blood tests came back within normal limits ie fbc , crt and electrolytes ,fasting glucose as i have oral thrush as well and been on Daktarin oral paste.I have been on Doxycycline also. The Alkaline Phosphate had come back slightly over at 134 but the one i am worried about in the ALT which is over double what it should be at 127. I also have had some back pain under my shoulder blades but am not sure if this is relative to all of the above.I havnt got a gp appointment until wednesday of this week and i am driving myself crazy !

Having an infection or viral bug which your sore throat & other symptoms probably are will put up your liver function levels also Daktarin can mess up LFT's (my hubby has known liver disease and his medical team went mad when they found out the GP had put him on it). I don't know about the other medication you mention but all medicines will alter LFT's.
I wouldn't go worrying yourself unnecessarily, believe it or not stress can also exacerbate symptoms. Hopefully your doctor will give you reassurance on Wednesday.
