Hi

Every case us different, its not really possible to give a definitive choice but seeing a good specialist getting on the right drugs and eating well are a good start.

Obviously no alcohol at all

Then listen to your options offered carefully, I have been on this road 5 years and on a transplant list so life can go on!

Its hard and at times you will need help talk to your consultant

Best Wishes

David

Hello debra7

I can really feel for you I have a 5yr old boy and 2yr old boy and it's really hard. They just don't understand that sometimes mummy just doesn't feel great.

You really need to get on to a specialist and only advice I can give is really fight your corner to get somewhere.

I've been on the rollercoaster for 5 years now and still going to get answers.

I wish you all the luck. Xx

Hi Debra7, I have this too. I have been told to lose lots of weight and get some exercise. I have tried many diets and really struggle to lose any weight. I also can't do much exercise as they think I also have chronic fatigue syndrome so it's catch 22. I don't drink. I try to eat healthily and avoid stress. Hope that helps.

I read a book by the 'liver Doctor' and she said because the liver is so instrumental I metabolism, if it's compromised in any way we can't metabolise fats, etc. Thus we gain weight and are exhausted etc. She advocates many dietary changes one of which is green juices... Spinach, celery, carrot etc . Take care xxx

Hi have Nash with some fibrosis. Now they also think I might have fibromyalgia or lupus as well! Keep fighting, we've been fighting for 2 years, I know for some it's been longer. Please take care xxxx

Thank you for your reply. Sounds like they're taking some notice of you. I woke up with a blinding headache again... I think the Drs just don't know what to say. We must all keep praying and insisting on the best possible care. One voice guys . Stay well sweetie xxxx

You too and thank you so much. Take care xxxx
