Hello Sweetladyb50, there are quite a lot of people on this community who also have AIH plus there is a very active page on Facebook if you do that. Although it's called AIH UK there are well over a 1000 members all of whom either have AIH themselves or like me are supporting a loved one with the condition. There are members from all around the globe including lots from the US of A.

As Katie has mentioned there is a Facebook group just for AIH. Even if you don't want to read it every time someone posts, they run meetings twice a year with the leading consultants and there are documents with lots of information (that can accessed from the Facebook page) in them that you can read that should prove very useful.
