Hi guys, sorry I've been a bit quiet but it is with good reason. On Friday 2nd june, I got The Call. Came to to QE asap and went to theatre at 2.45 am on 3rd june. I can't tell you how amazingly grateful I am to my donor and their family. My husband has been awesome, he hasn't left my side. I'm hoping we might be allowed home tomorrow providing my bloods are still going in right direction. I just can't believe I was waiting exactly 3 weeks.

yeah enjoy the first night in own bed... its wonderful.. im also on Monday check ups.. we are in Somerset so its a bit of a trek but you do feel looked after. be warned it can take hours to get medicines so its worth asking early today if they are ready and mentally prepare yourself for a bit of a wait. all good wishes. cazer. xx
