3 year old son with chicken pox

Exactly how do I avoid him? I'm having to care for him and I'm just hoping that I have no case of shingles or anything.

My daughter had it when I was healthy mother. I am hoping I have a lucky escape!

Thank you Rebecca. I did call and they have said I'm immune to it because I've had it already as a child. Let's hope that's the case.
