Hi , i am 36 yr old diagnosed with cirrhosis in Jan 2016. My Meld is getting worse and its at 18 now. My platelets are dropping as well dropped from 106 in july to 88 now. INR is 1.5. I have slight foot swelling but no ascites. Getting scared that i am deteriorating quickly. However I am working full time. Please suggest me based on your experiences if there is any means or chances of improvement. I am sober for 4 months now. Thank you.

I think there are a number of things you need to do:

get some calm reassurance from your doctor - a full explanation of all the changes you describe

Carry on working

Stay sober
