My other half is complaining of back pain. Its new. Does anyone have it as a symptom or is it co-incidence?

That's tricky because, I believe Jim? Is a diabetic with end stage liver disease being assessed for transplant so quite poorly?

I guess if you rang NHS 111 they would ask you to describe where the pain was, how severe it was on a scale of 1-10, are there any other new symptoms, etc etc.

Without lots of extra information it could be anything from the more minor end of the scale such as pulled muscle, to something really serious like kidney failure or a compressed disc in the spine etc etc.

I get it. I think its from too much protein and too much fluid. It strains the kidneys. I also think over eating just a little can produce it too. I hope you have relief soon.
