Philip please read my reply to your previous post. URGENTLY.

Oh one other contact place.

On Face Book the Hep C support group too. It is called "Hepatitis C Family and Friends". It is a closed group so just leave a short message saying you have Hep C and you need VERY URGENT SUPPORT and let's hope they get you joined up this evening.

Love and Hugs

I think that is the best group for you to join on FB. Not only will they give you support about the Hep C and the treatment, they will also give you support about your past drug use. Don't be afraid to let people know if you are tempted to stray back to previous habits or if you ever have.

You need every help to stay clean and concentrate on getting control of your life. Please send me your eMail address I may have some other information that may help you with the ESA claim. Not sure but I will look.

Love and Hugs.

I am not sure if you are supposed to put your email address on here. Maybe remove it. Press on the reply button and delete it. I am not sure ...........the moderators will delete it anyway if it is not allowed but I think you should delete it anyway. You don't want to get a load of spam.

I think if you were sharing needles this would have been the way you contracted Hep C. Sharing needles is extremely high risk. There are other diseases now that people may not know about. Besides Hep A, Hep B, Hep C, there is Hep E, F and G I think. I would have to google it again to know for sure. I can guarantee that there will be others we have not even heard about yet which is why people MUST NOT share needles or share tooth brushes or razors etc. ALL ARE HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES!!

I contracted Hep C from a 6 pint blood transfusion when I was 18. I am now 59. One of the very few who is still alive. I was lucky that I had been studying to be a doctor since age 10 and reading so much at the library towards this goal.

When I had the transfusion I developed the symptoms immediately. Of course, having studied all these medical things I recognised immediately that I had Hepatitis. So again I was lucky because most people don't develop symptoms for years. This is how I have lived so long because knowing straight away what was wrong with me enabled me to make sure I researched everything about Hepatitis: diet, no alcohol, exercise, etc. Most people don't develop symptoms straight away but because I was already extremely fragile because of being born with a genetic condition the Virus wiped me right out straight away.

I knew what I had to do. I had to get tested for Hep A, Hep B, gall bladder problems, etc. As soon as I had all these other things ruled out I was pleading with them to diagnose me with Non A, Non B Hepatitis because I needed help urgently. At the time I needed help with diet, coping with the debilitating fatigue, and many other things.

Hep C is a terrible disease and however anyone contracted this debilitating and life threatening condition needs help urgently. People are too tired and weak to do it alone. So gather support from wherever you can get it.

Love and Hugs to everyone who has Hepatitis C. Anyone who does use drugs, please, please, get clean needles, get help to give up..........you need to get your life back. You can and you will do it. You will just need the right help to reach your goals.

Love and Hugs to you all.

PS Please also remember - no unprotected sex until you both know your partners are clear of all these terrible diseases. Hugs to you all. Xxx

Also you may wish to lock your posts otherwise I believe people can come on here and share what people have said on to FB without your permission or something.

That is wonderful news that you have been clean for over 20 years! Brilliant! Well done too! I also hope that now you have discovered you have Hep C that you are not drinking any alcohol at all because that is really dangerous when you have Hep C.

To lock your posts click on the green reply button on your first posting (I think you have 3 posts so far). Do this on all three posts. One you will get more people coming to give you help. Also you don't want private information copied all over the internet. Also you don't want other official agencies reading this private information like the DWP, etc.

So click on the green reply button. Scroll down and you will see two boxes. One states "Community Only". When you have done that your post will have a padlock next to it. Do that on all three posts.
