Here I go again.

I haven't been on here for ages but not feeling too good lately.I have done so well, lost 4 stone following liver biopsy, diagnosis of fatty liver and type 2 diabetes. But.....I have fallen off the wagon with the alcohol in a big way. Drinking most days, ridiculous and self destructive. I am determined not to go back where I was.Got to go back to the Q.E in August.Need to get back on track. Thanks for listening.

Wow diabetes, fatty liver (presume the diabetes contributed to that) and now alcohol. That's a lot to deal with on your own, have you thought about joining a support group to help you get back on track? Its not just the dieting and the staying off alcohol, half the battle must be understanding why you need to over-eat and over-drink in the first place?

Thanks for your reply,I remember you from a couple of years ago when I started my journey. My user name before was liver love, I think.I feel I have cracked the food thing and look and feel much better than I did. Just felt I needed to reach out.I went months and months without alcohol. Non today and just been for a walk.Diabetes, fatty liver and high cholesterol all combined. Need to feel fresh again.
