I HAD A BIOPSY 9/20/13.

AS OF NOW 10/21/13, I STILL HAVE A LOT OF PAIN WHERE THEY DID THE BIOPSY. IS THIS NORMAL. I DID NOT HAVE PAIN BEFORE THIS BIOPSY.REASON BIOSPY WAS DONE BECAUSE DOCTOR THOUGHT I HAD LIVER CANCER, TURNED OUT TO BE FATTY LIVER.I HAD STOMACH CANCER 2 YRS AGO ,WHICH AS OF NOW I AM CANCER FREE.. THIS PAIN I HAVE UNDER MY RIBS GOES AROUND TO MY BACK AND SHOULDERS.DOC SAID TO TAKE PAIN MEDS I DON'T TAKE THEM.I DO NOT LIKE TO PAIN MEDS.

Hi. I do not think you should still be having pain from a liver biopsy a few weeks ago. I would go back to your GP and ask for a referral to a hospital cinsultant. Good luck
