Hi there, I had liver transplant back in feb, although I feel great I'm still having discomfort in liver region any advice? P

Depends on what you mean by discomfort. Whatever it is, it would be worth mentioning to your post transplant nurse so someone can check you out. Mike

Maybe the scar tissue healing. My other half had his in April and he still gets it too. Best getting it checked out even if just to put your mind at ease. Glad you are doing so well x

Thank you for your replies, apart from headaches and hair loss everything was settling down. It's strange how this discomfort has come back now coupled with swelling! The human body is amazing but I shall mention it when I see consultant in 2 weeks. Thanks again x

Swelling definitely not right go back to clinic

Yes you should contact them and check on it. However I still get discomfort in that area and swelling 3 years nearly down the line and doctors not concerned bloods are ok. Could be due to scar tissue is what I was told.
