Pulled muscle after morning of gardening 👩‍🌾

Finally managed to get into the garden yesterday morning to do some planting out of flowers with grandson (4years old). But this morning was a run day and when I got up I could feel a very sore muscle in my back so decided I would have to wait till tomorrow and see how it is. I take my little granddaughter (6 years) with me on a Sunday so it’s not a long run just some jeffing. So 🤞I’ll make it out there in the morning.

Yes it’s amazing what a hot shower and volterol can do. I ran down to pick up my granddaughter (about a 10 minute run) then did some short intervals with her. Can still feel my back but much better thank you.
