31.13 not a pb but one of my quickest this year and what a lovely morning for a run

The sunshine makes it so much nicer! We weren’t going to bother until I looked out out the window and realised what a gorgeous day it was. Glad you had such a great run!

Lovely running in the sun so got up early to travel to a flatish course instead of my local hilly course and thank you

My nearest one is 2.5km uphill to start with…. I love hills but that’s a tough one! It’s nice to be able to run in new places. It sounds like you had a lot of fun!

I normally run at Shroggs Park my local hilly one
