If you have Nike Running Club try the Cold Weather Run. Lots of good advice, particularly about not getting cold once you finish running. It advises changing your clothes immediately you finish running, and having a hot shower or at least towelling off the sweat before putting on dry clothes. Don't hang around outside and let the wind chill freeze you.
