Thank you very much Oldfloss on wishing me a happy birthday, I had a lovely day yesterday, my sister and daughter will take me out for a birthday meal this weekend as my sister is on holiday at the moment and my daughter is at work during the week, I celebrated my 77th birthday first thing yesterday by running my 154th 5K (not) parkrun in a time of 35:36, glad you like the photo of me running at Dunfermline parkrun on Saturday when my time was 32:30, 🏃♂️👍✅
I am so sorry that I missed the day.... and I hoped you would not mind me posting that wonderful photograph of your run at Dunfermline PR, with a time for the run that many will envy.
The forums would not be the same without your presence
I hope the weekend Birthday celebrations are full of love and laughter... xxx
Of course I don't mind you posting a photograph of me running at any parkrun Floss, thanks for wishing me a great time when I go for a birthday meal and celebrations this weekend. 😊 🎂✅
Happy belated birthday AlMorr . Glad to hear you’ve had lots of cake. Save some for energy at this Saturday’s parkrun 🏃♂️ or better still get some more!
Happy belated Birthday. It's lovely to hear about your celebrations too. Thank you for your inspiration and presence here since I joined this forum in 2019. 🎂🎉
I'm not on the forum so regularly after some health setbacks, but would also like to add my belated best wishes to Al. You have always been an interesting, kindly contributor on this forum who has encouraged others along the way, including myself. So, every good wish for many more running years.
A belated Happy Birthday from me too Al, and may I say you look bloody good for 77. May we all hope to be fit & strong enough to be running through our 70s 🙏😊
Only just spotted this, belated Happy Birthday Al! I've read the other posts and it seems you've had plenty of cake and a (not) parkrun, so couldn't be better x
