New Watch - Thanks for the Advice - Garmin Forerunner 45

Well today I did parkrun without my phone running Strava but I did take my new Garmin Forerunner 45 and kept my fingers crossed I could make it work properly. I did manage to a point and that point was after thinking I'd saved the run just after the finish I walked 300m's and pressed another button and it started ticking again adding another 0.03 of a second and the big red spike under the 'h'.Anyway I sorted it. Splits weren't bad, time wasn't bad but could of been better.

Not sure about cadence or heart rate, other than my max is 153 and I spent a lot of time at it.

nowster I found my Vosene (Vo2) too but can't find it in the run now πŸ˜‚

Thank you to all who offered advice before I bought the watch.

I have to use an external tool to get the "precise" VOβ‚‚Max figures for each run.

There are sites such as runalyze.com/ which can compute it for you. (Free for basic features.)
