Getting into my stride

I’ve managed three runs this week, including the park run yesterday. I have been running by myself but met someone at the parkrun in December and we meet for a midweek run if possible! It’s been a real motivator for me.

I was in the north east so joined the park run there. There were lots of spring flowers out and I heard a woodpecker along the route too.

The photo is from a nearby beach walk. I couldn’t resist sending it as the views were spectacular.

What a great week for you! That’s another gorgeous picture. I wish I’d been there with you in such a lovely place. Lucky to spot that woodpecker too!

That beach looks amazing, even in chilly winter that view would soothe your soul, good to hear you are out there and running

Yes, I’m keeping going and hoping it will continue! Hope all is going well with you. Here’s to getting out and walking/running but most importantly is to enjoy it 😁

Fantastic and very well done on your running. I know what you mean, it is so motivating when you get out running more and enjoy them. Seeing the improvement in pace or stamina is so good for your motivation.

Thanks. It was Seaham to the north but Saltburn cliffs were also visible if I looked to the south too!
