Very interesting and informative video ...Thanks for posting 👍

Very interesting orangeguy ! What they say about the menopause is very true (although won’t apply to you 😁). I remember being able to dance all night then go to work and get to the gym the next day no problem, those were the days 🤣. Some good solid advice here. Thanks.

Yes very interesting. They did make me laugh when telling me not to compare performance to my younger self, I'm more than happy to do that as I didn't start running until I was 61.
I'll definitely look at the strength training link as I know that it's something that I should be doing more of.
Thanks for posting

Funnily enough, I just watched this earlier this morning! Some great advice and reminders in there, I think and definitely one for sharing! 🙂

Thanks orangeguy, some useful reminders there.

Extremely interesting o.g. A very refreshing change from YouTube whippets telling us how to shave milliseconds off our four minute miles.

Thanks for posting this - really enlightening. Makes me feel better about running slower

I think the biggest take away for me from this is the not running everyday. I am guilty of sometimes running on consecutive days to try and boost my weekly mileage, the second day is usually a bit of a hard slog and never a good idea.
