Very interesting orangeguy ! What they say about the menopause is very true (although won’t apply to you 😁). I remember being able to dance all night then go to work and get to the gym the next day no problem, those were the days 🤣. Some good solid advice here. Thanks.

Yes very interesting.They did make me laugh when telling me not to compare performance to my younger self, I'm more than happy to do that as I didn't start running until I was 61.
I'll definitely look at the strength training link as I know that it's something that I should be doing more of.

I think the biggest take away for me from this is the not running everyday. I am guilty of sometimes running on consecutive days to try and boost my weekly mileage, the second day is usually a bit of a hard slog and never a good idea.
