I started C25K on November 13 last year... And I'm amazed by how much I enjoyed it, and by how much running has become part of my life... I would never have believed it... It's an incredible plan, and this forum is incredible too - encouraging and helpful and kind and inspiring! Thank you all so much 💛

Credit to you too. You're the one that's gone out and has a going all weathers at all times. Some went not so well and some felt terrific and YOU did them all ✅ Consistency for me is the magic key and this unlocks the rest. Take time today to be proud of who you are and what you've achieved.

Thank you all so much!! It's so supportive here... It's great...

Yes, I went for a run! I've done just over 600km since I started keeping track in January... It had been getting a bit irregular though, so I'm trying to get back into a pattern of going 3 or 4 times a week, and walking the other days. Lockdown was easier to manage in that sense... Once life gets busy again it takes a bit more effort to fit it in! But definitely not complaining... I think we've all had enough lockdowns to do us!!
