Crikey well done on that! I'd need about 3l of water to run 4 miles when it's hot and I don't think even then I could do it 😂

Have you got a lightweight light coloured cap? It really helps to have direct sunlight off you. But it’s still tough 🥵

I usually run with a cap and find it does help in the sun but I probably still couldn't run in the temp that you just have!
