Having formed a village group to complete the c25k challenge from September 2020, we have met in pairs throughout lockdown 3 times a week to keep running. My run partner, Jane and I have done a 5 to 6k run each Wednesday and Friday whilst gradually extending the Monday run over a number of months. Last night we completed our initial 10k. Part of my 2021 challenge to myself to run 500 miles in 2021. C25K 63 year old veteran.
